Our Two-Year Rolling Curriculum

With an annual intake of approximately 45 pupils, some of our classes are taught in mixed-age groups. To ensure every child receives a broad, balanced and progressive education, we operate a carefully designed two-year rolling curriculum.

Our curriculum has been meticulously planned and mapped to ensure full coverage of the National Curriculum objectives while avoiding unnecessary repetition. Learning is sequenced thoughtfully across the two-year cycle, enabling knowledge and skills to build progressively as pupils move through the school. This approach allows us to provide rich, engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all learners, regardless of their year group, while maintaining high expectations and continuity in education.

Through regular review and evaluation, we ensure that our curriculum remains ambitious, coherent and responsive to the needs of our pupils.
